Clubs work for industry The Vocational Industrial Clubs of America or V.I.C.A. at the Wil- lard J. Graff Area Vocational Tech- nical Center had a membership of 302 students and 21 professional members. The goal of V.I.C.A. was to help students with interests in the trade, industrial, technical, or health fields to become happy, ma- ture, and productive citizens. The Cooperative Occupational Education Club provided leadership training in phases of community and social life. The Club joined with the other three public schools in an Em- ployer Appreciation banquet. It was also represented at the State Leadership Conference at Warrens- burg.
