Mr. Alvin Birkholz has been teaching at H.C.H.S. for nineteen years. He is teaching Science this year. Ms. Darlene Byerly is her ninth year of teaching at Hill City Ele- mentary School. She teaches first grade. Mr. Brian Boyer is teaching at H.C.H.S. for his second year. He teaches JH English. Mr. Jack Earley has been teach- ing at Hill City for his second year now. He is teaching Band to JH and to Elementary students. Mrs. Amanda Engstrom is in her fifth year of teaching at H.C.H.S. She teaches Music to Elementary and to JH and the Keystone kids. Mr. Gordon Engstrom teaches JH Math. He has been teaching at Hill City for three years. Mr. Douglas Greer has been teaching at Hill City for twelve years. He is teaching the fourth grade this year. Mr. Keith Hayes teaches Industri- al Arts and Drafting to the JH students. He has been teaching at H.C.H.S. for ten years. Mrs. Carol Jobman is teaching first grade this year. They learned the basic ABC's and 123's . The other students built on to what they had learned from the previous year. Each year the building becomes harderg the basics seem to change and don't seem quite so basic anymore. With the rise in educational technology and greater demands on learn- ing, the teachers had to build on to what they knew and learn more about computers and other new teaching aids.
