Christmas was also a success with everyone exchanging gifts. The fifth graders have been very busy preparing for the Spelling Bee in March. Fourth Finds Fun Mr. Greer is the fourth grade homeroom teacher. He teaches science and math. The students are using the Silver Burdett Science program. They work in small groups. In math, students advance to fractions, some geometry, and volume. Mrs. Kenton teaches English where they are learning sentence structure and para- graph writing. The fourth grade consists of 34 students. fRightJ Doug Siemonsma takes part in the DEAR program.
