Tomas participates in football, basketball, band, chorus, and oral interpretation. When Tomas returns to Sweden, he will retake his senior year, as his year in the U.S. won't give him any credits in the Swedish school system. During the year, Tomas resided with Mr. and Mrs. Howard Brun- ner, and Mr. and Mrs. Darwin Sampson. He is learning much about U.S. history and customs while in Hill City.
