This year's Homecoming was to the theme of the 5O's. For 2 days, greasers were all over the halls . Thursday afternoon was Boogie Day. Each class competed in games such as sack races, 3- legged races and many more . Dave IVlaudlin was chosen Greaser King and Chris Gerken as Queen, as they dressed most like the 5O's. Thursday night was coronation. Pattye Reed and Randy Goodsell reigned as Queen and King . A Smokey Bear Award was given to the Sophomore class for showing the most spirit during the week. The burning of the T and the snake dance ended the day . Friday, the Rangers and the Pine Ridge Thorpes clashed. The Rangers won 24-14 .
