e, the Senior Class of 1952, being of at least half sound mind, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be our first, last and only will and testament. We have attempted to distribute, as fairly as we could, our extensive talents among the remaining pupils, realizing, of course, that they can never use them in quite the same capacity as we of this graduating class. We will and bequeath to the Junior Class, our wonderful sponsor in hopes that it will help in encouraging better cooperation be- tween .the various members of your class. He's a wonderful help. We will and bequeath to the Sophomore Class our ability to keep the upper hand in Student Congress-'in spite of Bob Benton. We will and bequeath to the Freshman Class our ability to be sophisticated and act our age, especially when teachers are in sight. To our dear faculty, we will and bequeath all our underclassmen and request that you educate them to walk in the better way of life. Of course you can't expect them to be as good as we, so don't be too hard on them. Each of the Seniors wishes to will his own special talents to an underclassman who he considers to be a responsible keeper. Use them well, kids! I, Rodney Alexander, will my sophisticated ways to Robert Hed- ger, better known as Red . I, Gene Albery, w'ill my ability to whistle to Delores Law, my gal. I, Doris Caswell, will my natural curly hair to Lois Gowan. I, Bob Wa-ddington, will my ability to pole vault to Ted Crisman. I, Frank Simpson, just haven't got anything to spare. I, Beverly McKenzie, will my ability to agree in Student Govern- ment to Bob Thompson. I, Ruth DeNeui, will my 5'8 to Eva Harris. I, Janice Rabe, will my cool temper to Marva Simpson, in hopes that she will use it well. I, Bob Johnson, will my lack of interest in girls to Ronnie Edwards. I, Pat Belmont, will my hardy laugh to Bob Benton, to go along with his quite ways. I, Irene Goodart, will my cold hands to anyone who thinks he can keep them warm. I, Richard Waldner, will my ability to run the mile to Don Kindler. I, Earl Harris, will my butch haircut to Mr. Jelsema. I, Elaine Horst, will my good health to Midge Nussbaum. We hereby appoint Mr. Hagen as executor of our will and testa- ment and request that he file it away where all the rest 'is filed that is to be forgotten. In witness whereof, we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seal this 20th day of May, 1952, A.D., at our High School, in the City of Hill City, State of South Dakota. -The Class Of '52 Hill City High School
