The 1985-86 Pep Club showed much spirit and dedication to the athletic teams at HHS. Whether the “Hounds” were playing at home or at Conference or District Tournaments, the Pep Club members were always there, bringing the fans to their feet with enthusiasm. Concessions workers showed dedication as they sold candy, hot dogs, popcorn and pop. Each pep Club member worked at the stand. The Cheerleaders entertained at pep rallies for the student body. The H-Club began the 1985-86 year with enthusiasm and spirit. H-Club members designed and printed their own T-shirt which sported Growling Hounds . Other activities included painting signs and conducting pep rallies to cheer the girls’ team on to victory. The H-Club members donated an H-Club cap that was presented to Governor Kerrey when he visited Hildreth. Hildreth Public Library 1. The sentence is given, The boys' basketball team will go to state! 2. Barry shows his H-Club spirit. 3. H-Club members dress up to cheer the girls on to victory at districts. 4.
