CRAZY!...that's what I said. The 1979-80 Pep Club found it easy to do just that during this year's exciting football and basketball games. President Tammy Fritson kept things going with the help of Vice-President Teresa Swarthout, Secretary Teresa Frecks, Treasurer Diane Casper and especially the most dreaded of all, Marcia Bertrand , Merit Recorder. Julie Jelden and Andrea Osterbuhr were in charge of the concession stand and always made sure it was full of plenty of good things to eat. Head Cheerleader Dana Bunger along with Nancy Johnson, Lynette Nelson, Winkie Bienhoff, Julie Kruse, and Lisa Loschen always kept the spirit and enthusiasm bubbling with pep rallies and leadership of crowd cheers. The sponsors Mrs. Loughran, Mrs. Nemecek, and Miss Grooms all deserve a thank-you for a job well done and the time they put in to make the pep club a success this year!

They entertained for every home football game, braving the cold and uncooperative weather. The concert band capped off the year with a superior rating at District Music Contest. Congratulations band on a fine year. MARCHING BAND
