At Highline, where nearly 2,000 students were taken on a 180-day tour of the world, the faculty literally worked day and night. Their goal was to give all an education, not a mere smatter- ing of facts about this and that, but the type of knowledge that makes boys and girls into individual men and women who are capable of thinking for them- selves. This was a year of accomplish- ment for the students, but none of the classes' ideas could have been carried out without the ubiquitous helping hands of the facultv.
