The school year is over, and our many activities that have filled every moment are almost ended. Soon We shall part, and go our respective Ways in life. Though not being completely separated from one another, the daily Contact and companionship which Highland Springs has afforded us will be missing. This year has been an eventful one for all of us. To keep ive the memories of familiar faces and friendly smiles, hard W and fun, the lunior-Senior Dance, the spirit of cooperation s n by both teachers and students, and many other very re ut intangible things, this issue of THE HIGHLANDER is publis Let this I-IIGHLANDER stimulate not only our me ies, but our ideals and ambitions. May this record of ,our accomplishments, many of Which seemed at first im- possible, spur us' on to even greater tasks in the World before us.

She is the only woman we have ever seen who could with one hand, push with the other, and keep up with her own job, all at the same time. lt is with regretful hearts that we say farewell to one of the most energetic, good- natured, and well-liked Senior Sponsors in the history of this school. c n
