SENIORS Even though HPHS had grown smaller and more familiar to us we seniors still found it a hike from M210 to the boys' gym or the audi- torium stage. As we moved from college rejection jitters and job inter- views to second-semester senior-itis, we realized how quickly the pres- ent was becoming the past. Too soon Senior Work Day, Stunts, Oper- etta, and Graduation came and went. The weeks flew by os we wrote yet another English theme, crammed in chemistry formulas, and finished history projects. We couldn't believe it was our turn to sing We're gonna graduate soon. It took that last long march to receive our diplomas for us to realize that four years at HPHS were symbolized in that one small bit of paper. BONNIE AARON Excc. Bd. Rep. 2,- HGA 3,4; Chr.
