Knoll, Mr. John H. Thomson, Mr. Poul Martin, Mrs. James Tibbetts, and Mr. William E. Nelson. Mr. Francis D. Weeks — insert picture. ADMINISTRATION The Board of Education has many vital functions. It not only acts on financial requests and sets school policy, but it also approves Homecoming and Junior Prom. Mr. Wolfers works closely with the Board in supervising and carrying out Board policies. Mr. Libakken scouts for new teachers and is in charge of such experimental programs as CBA in science and the aural-oral approach in language. One of Mr. Stunkel's major duties is approving our school's activities and projects. Maintenance of the school buildings and planning the budget for such maintenance are the main duties of Mr. Devereaux and Mr. Zaeske. Working together, all insure the quality of our education. ADMINISTRATION Most of the seemingly routine jobs moke the dif- ference between chaos and order in the school. All of the paychecks for the staff, mimeographed final exams, transcripts for colleges, messages from the switchboard stem from the administrative or main office staffs. Miss Tucker and Mr. Wisner oversee bookkeeping and budgeting, while Miss Appleton supervises the sales of books, supplies, and tickets in the bookstore.
