The reading accelerator is one of the many devices used in the sophomore English 3 class. These objects Marianna Bourland and Fred Ligon are holding may look strange, but they are an important part of the Math 3 course. The Lads and Lassies Christmas program is always one of the highlights of the year. Mrs. Bettye Avant did a wonderful job after falling heir to the Bagpipe in the middle of the year. A group of the more talented Scots, Anita Akin, Bill Browning, and Reba Burrow, appeared this year on the radio.
