To each of you, your parents, your teachers, and the people of Highland Park, congratulations must be extended. Your success in completing four years of high school education has a definite effect on our community. You have raised the level of education in our community another notch. Serving as your superintendent for the past eight years has been a real pleasure. Seeing the bond issue pass has been my greatest desire, it will provide many overdue, needed facilities.
