I was standing in line at the concession stand. All I wanted was a mere bag of popcorn and a pop. An impossible thing to ask for at the time, because the junior class was trying to feed a gym full of basketball fans. What’s so hard about that? Have you ever tried feeding 200 hungry basketball fans at halftime? The junior class was confronted with this situation while operating the concession stand during basketball season and after school. The drinking fountains were working overtime when the juniors popped their first batch of salty, salty popcorn. Experimentation was the key to their successful popcorn sales. If it weren't for the concession stand, prom would be nothing. said junior class representative Elroy Porter.
