The purpose of the National Society is to recognize and promote Scholarship, Leadership, and good Character. Highland High School is fortunate in having a large number of students that meet these qualifications. During this past year our members demonstrated these qualities in their many activities. Board members, faculty, and many honor students attended the County National Banquet at North- more High School in April. The last business of the year was to approve the purchase and installation of a directory board. This will be placed in the hall and will be used by the National Honor Society and administration to announce Scholastic opportunities and achievements.
