glance The graduating class of 1956 certainly had a right to be proud since thirty of its members received an honor pin. To earn the privilege of wearing an honor cord and receiving the honor pin, the student must have at least 4.0 or B standing. The class had two valedictorians-- Margie Schuepbach and Mar- ilynBoedicker who both had a 5.0 average. Linda Lou Lyon, the salutatorian, had a 4.9 standing. The service,whichbegan at 7:30, was conducted by Rev. William Mathews who inspired the group with his sermon on Dreams of Our Youth. The Reverends Allrich, Marshall, and Soder- berg also participated in the program. Music was furnished by the organist, Mr. Roscoe Menz, and the Congregational Church Choir under the direction of Mrs. Jeanne Storts. 20
