She helps us to understand our abilities, emotions and likes and dislikes. Miss Severns, upper right, divides her time between teaching girls' P. E. and counseling girls on their problems. Our Counselors The frequently heard cries of HAsk Murph! or Find Murphy, he'll fix it up,' testify to the im- portant place that Mr. Murphy holds to the whole school - stu- dents and faculty alike. 19 But really I didn't cut. I was sooo sick. Mrs. Letcher listens to the same old story in the attendance office. Too bad, Eddie. 20 Our School Secreiarial Force At the upper left we see Mrs. Gilmore, Dr. Tate's secretary. In the upper right corner is Mrs. Austin who keeps track of our scholastic records, Shown together in the center are Mrs. Lane who has charge of the book room, and Mrs. Parmely, who hears our sad stories in the attendance office. We're sorry that no picture is available of Mrs. Wells who has done such a nice job of helping in the library. ! These friendly, helpful cafeteria workers are much appreciated by High- land students.
