They were: Florence Koon, Jewel Thornton, Margaret Thornton, Harvey Moss, James Barfield, Bobbye Nelson, and Bud Holt. At the beginning of the second semester the Betas voted to receive the eligible members of the 9th grade. They were: Janette Hunt, Annette Hunt, Louise Phillips, Cleone Crews, Wy- nelle Fowler, Mitty Ivey, Donald Polk, Dennis Polk, Draper Underwood, Colin Williamson, and Joyce Taylor. Since our officers for the 1950-51 school turn were elected the preceding year, we were able to start right to work. As our year's project we once again decided to sponsor our high school annual. The annual staff selected were: Editor, Jo Ann Holtong Sportswriters, Bobbie Duke and Billy Gibsong Activities, Donna Breazele and Margaret Thorntong Typists, Jo Ann Holton, Du- ane Edwards, Faye Marlowe, and Bobbie Duke, Harvey Moss and Everette Phillips.
