STUDENT CGUNCIL The Student Council ol the High School ot Charleston underwent a complete change in activity program this year. The primary purpose in this change ot administrative policy was to give the student body more voice in selt-government, thereby increasing school spirit. The council was instrumental in delegating many worthy projects to be perf formed by the various service clubs. 57
