f BLUE 529 fs National Athletic Honorary Society The National Athletic Honorary Society is one of the latest achievements in our school. It was established for the purpose of encouraging better and cleaner athletics and to raise the scholastic standard of our high school boys. In order to be a member of this society, the boy has to win a letter in one of the major sports in our school, or two letters in minor sports in our school. The boy also must have a scholastic standing, for three consecutive semesters, equal to or above the average of our high school. We are also proud of this group of boys because they represent our school in various activities such as athletic, debate, music, etc. They stand for the highest ideals of any boys in our school. Not a one of them indulge in the use of alcohol and tobacco. This society has been organized and the following of- ficers have been elected: Vernes Atchley, Presidentg Ervin Forderhase, Vice-Presidentg Floyd Gladish, Secretary-Treas- urerg Mr. Slayton, Faculty Advisor. -ibm?
