HALLOWEEN (S A SPOOK! Halloween this year was dif- ferent from the years before. Since there was a football game on Halloween night, we decided to trick-or-treat on Nov. 1. There wasn’t a carnival that night, but the Sophomores and Juniors still had their haunted house. Even though the weather was bad they had a good turn-out. The people met at the school and were taken out to the house in the Coyote van. After their visit to the spook house, they were given refreshments and taken back into town. Monday morning, Nov. 3, we had a few visitors in and around the school. The teachers came early to find a chicken on the flag pole and one in the girls bathroom (found by Mrs. Satter- white). There was also one found nesting in Ray Borges’ locker. It was quite a while before all the feathers were cleaned up and the smell was gone out of the halls of H.H.S. die: Perks is one of the favored spots to hang out Top Right: Matt wonders what electrical socket Shannon got into.
