eekend The second weekend in October was a special one for the first semester Oceanography class of Hidden Valley. They spent their three day vacation at Virginia Beach exploring ocean life and just enjoying themselves. Activities included studying the ocean and its plant and animal life , cruising on a research vessel, and collecting specimens. Meanwhile, back home in Roanoke, most members of the Hidden Valley bands spent Saturday competing against several other junior high schools in the second annual Pack- a-Pacer contest. Hidden Valley came in second and received S150 for their efforts. While members were being packed into a Pacer, the spectators were having loads of fun. Nil U QW wht 3 Twill!
