Bobbette makes her appearance in the style show. Frieda admires her as Squint makes the beautiful girls “beautifuler.” November 10 and 11 the senior class presented “The Magic Touch”—a play about a family as average as yours. Bobbette was a dyed-in-the-wool tomboy with her own gang of “fellas.” Mrs. Braddock aspired to join a social club, and Mr. Braddock embarrassed her by spreading laundry all over the living room just as the committee arrived. Frieda Fisher moved in on the gang and Bobbette ran away. It all ended happily when Bobbette was discovered in the style show, modeling an evening gown. rr The Magic Touch ” CAST Robert Braddock . Highlights of every school year are the festive occasions that help to break the monotony of daily routine. Homecoming is first with the floats and roval court. All ■ students participate in creating team spirit by cheering the various athletic teams on to victory. Coronation ranks highest in students’ minds for it is filled with colorful scenery, lights, dancing, singing, and the awarding of honors to the court. The year is rounded out by special programs pre¬ sented by the music department, class plays, and the Jr. Sr. Prom. The year is ended with the seniors’ bidding farewell at commencement. Thus, the year is packed with many activities to provide happy memories for years to come. $ . -4 f % iy. t A ? ' ■ Mi 1 ■ M v ' i ' 1 ff » auraM A ■«
