As you walk down the Home Econom- ics hall, you can smell the luscious aro- ma coming from the Bachelor Living and Home Economics classes. In these cours- es, both the guys and girls learn to create interesting dishes that would excite any- one’s palate. Perhaps the great- est advantage of speaking two languages, as expressed by one student, is “being able to talk to friends without my parents understanding one word of our conversa- tion! Being able to The final step — glazing. The finished product! Four hands are better than two! Concentration is the name of the game. . . . Through Art Students in paint-splattered jeans with clay-covered finger- nails abound in the art rooms. In these rooms, they have been faithfully working on their pro- jects for advertising, painting, and drawing, or studio art. Half-year art courses offered this year include crafts and ceramics. It’s a beautiful feeling. A little bit of this and a little bit of that! 26 activities
