August 20. 1994. of complications from diabetes. She died ai Hrookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Cenier in Patchogue. Dr. Kelly was bom in Queens und moved to Hicksville with her laimly at a young age She was a 1971 graduate ol Hicksville High School and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Adelphi University. In I'MW. I)r. Kelly graduated from New i--------— York College of Ostcopaihic Medicine of New York Institute of Technology in Central Islip. She completed her residency at Long Beach and Southsidc Hospitals, then practiced at Urookhavcn Hospital and Yaphank Infirmary.
