LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT We, the members of the Senior Class of Hicks Memorial High School, County of Autauga, State of Alabama, in the year of our Lord I949, being of sound mind, body and what have you, and having no hardfeelings toward the faculty, do hereby make and declare this to be our LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, To Mr. Harden, we bestow the responsibility of supervising H.M.S. without our inspiring and able assistance. To the junior Class, we bequeath our outstanding dignity, our good behavior and quiet manners and all the supposed privileges of the Senior Class. Finally, but not least, we give to them our seats of honor in Mrs, Bruce's room. I, joyce Askins, leave my ability to primp in class to Kate Houston. I I, Herbert Cooper, bequeath to Marvin Sheridan, my insane bashfulness which keeps me out of trouble as long as I am not in it.
