N i' P V ' ' 1-t ' 11: cuss some Now is the season when we must leave old Hicksg Soon we'lI be out on our very own After we have gone we'll e'er remember you,- ' l-low the faculty stood by us to the end. Now to the juniors we must leave behind We hope you'Il finda life of joy divine We'll e'er remember, O, those golden halls ln which we have trod for many long happy years. CLASS DUEM Our School days are ending at last And the outlook of our future's ahead, But sure as the night makes its cast There will be no need for us to dread. lust let nature have its way ln what ever we may choose And do our best from day to day And God will never let us lose. As we take a stroll through life Or wherever we should go A None of us should be in strife As all the world should know. But to try to please one and all T This precious earth and the way it stands, And our love for it shall never fall As we travel through this land. The juniors will fill our places And do their very best To fill our vacant spaces The ones we laid to rest. And to study, honest and true, Every hour from day to day, And do what God would have them to do ln abiding and truthful way. IOYCE DeRAMUS BlLLlE IONES x 'l' i 1-fi, 1 , , it - W 1- 1' a V
