I would like to express my heart felt appreciation to you for the progress we have made this year. I realize that all the things accomplished were the results of many long, hard and dedicated hours of work that has been displayed by each of you. The people that make up our entire group are the finest to be found anywhere. I have enjoyed working with all of you this year.
