We believe high school days are the happiest. We hope we have caught some of your dearest memories in our annual. Some of the impressions in this year's book will be gay, bliss- ful, joyous, or perhaps a trifle melancholy. As you leaf through these pages, in the future, remember Hicks School where we spent our merry youth. And now, it is with all sincerity that I say thank you to the yearbook staff who worked so tirelessly and patiently, to Mr. Woodham who was kind enough to provide us with trans- portation to Leesville to sell advertisements, and to Mr. Mor- rison who served as our faculty advisor.
