Senior Class Flower Red Rose Senior Colors Red and White Senior Class Motto Any job. be it large or small, Do it v ell, or not at all. Senior Class Song Blue skies smiling at me, Nothing but blue skies do I see. Blue birds singing a song, Nothing but blue birds all day long. Never saw the sun shining so bright. Never knew things going so right; Noticing the days hurrying by. When you're a Senior, My, how they fly! Blue days, all of them gone. Nothing but blue skies from now on!

Class Prophecy With tender smiles and loving hearts we see the Senior Class of 1960 back in old Hickory Flat, at a class reunion during a ball game in the gymnasium. Though ten years have passed, and many important schedules were interrupted, all the members managed to attend the reunion. First of all we see (and hear) W. R. Minor, a sportswear salesman for Sears, Roe- buck, and Co. He is loudly telling Devon Yeager of the time that Hickory Flat de- feated Potts Camp back in '60. Devon, who is head coach at Ole Miss, would like to add a word or two, but William R. doesn't give him a chance. Mrs. Yeager, the former Shirley Hunter, is unable to speak because of the many clutching hands around her. She and Devon were married years ago. Behind them is Wayne Wilkerson, who has risen to fame as America's most eligible bachelor. He is a talent scout for Hollywood's leading film industry. Beside him is Shirley Shelton, who was Miss America in 1962. We are very happy to see that she is not falling for Wayne's promises and pleadings. Beyond this couple is Johnnie Grace Gadd, the great artist. She is explaining to Lottie Walker, the old maid schoolteacher, how the Art Galleries of Paris look. Miss Gadd recently sold her great masterpiece, The Defeat of Potts Camp for $700, 000 to her class sponsors, Mrs. Ray and Miss Dixon. It has been rumored that Coach Koon has made them an offer for the great painting. Next we see a group of young men, many of whom need no introduction. Larry Goolsby and his cousin Aaron are the most famous actors in Hollywood. Stanley Moore- head and Jerry Autry, the Congressmen, are heatedly trying to convince the Goolsby boys that more money can be made in politics than in the movies. Leroy Derrick, the boxing champion, seems to agree, but doesn't have a chance to say so. Ray Cooke, Dior's leading fashion designer, is sitting quietly beside his wife, who is his star model. Near them are Terry Goode, the stock car race producer, and his best driver, Johnny Vanzant. With them is Jim Vandiver, the great mathematician, who invented the motor of Johnny's car. As the final buzzer sounds and the crowd moves toward the door, we sadly realize that the ball game is over, but the memories that it created will linger on and on. - The Junior Class
