5. HI-TIMES SPREADS NEWS Opportunities for news writing, copy reading, business management, news circulation, and photography are offered to students who be- come members of the Hi-Times staff. This school newspaper is published bi-weekly by the stu- dents. As a special feature this year, the Hi-Times published biographies of the seniors and ofthe faculty. An outstanding achievement of the newspaper was the issuance of a Special edition announcing the names of the Jacket Jamboree Queen and Escort at the Coronation assembly. The Hi-Times is a member of the National Scholastic Press Assoc., the Columbia Scholastic Press Assoc., and Quill and Scroll.
