The harriers went through the season with nary a loss in the whole season. Entering the District 29 tournament, Hibbing won the title which they have never lost. Hihbing then entered the Region 7 tournament, and again came out on top. Going to the state tournament, Hihbing did a very fine lah in taking second spot in the state meet.
