Then the whistle blows. and the racers are Hashing through the water. In this setting the iunior girls swam off with the championship during the 'fopen house exhihition meet. The five events were run off in two heats and awards were made in each heat. Ciarnering six Hrsts, two seconds, a third and a fourth for a total of thirty- seven points the juniors edged out the seniors who totaled thirty-one points on three firsts, five seconds, a third and a fourth. The sophomores and freshmen trailed with Fifteen and seven points respectively. The fastest in each event according to times are as follows: 20-yard free style: Ann Sltalsliy. twelfth grade: lean Savage. eleventh grade.
