It may he another panel. a few more hiographies. or perhaps more copy written. Thus under Miss Monl'ore's guidance the Hematite neared completion. As with any other worla. this Hematite was the result of ninety per cent perspiration and ten per cent inspiration. with occasional time out for recreation. Pictures were taken. colors chosen. a party given. suliscriptions sold, copy written. and. yes. even money countedfendless details to he seen to. The Hematite goes to press. To cut or not to cut-that was the question that faced the News stall throughout the year. Iournalism classes, correlated with senior linglish. took over the puhlishing of the High School News for the school year. Under Miss VVhite's supervision, the two jour- nalism classes alternated in preparing the articles for each issue. The stall. consisting of Irving Miller. editor-in-chief, and liarhara liechtel and Frank Lomoro. literary editors, did the planning and editing. 'Visits to the Hihhing Daily Trihune gave the stall infor- mation on how a newspaper is run. Another stride forward was taken when the News ioined the N. S. P. A. 62
