HEUVELTON CENTRAL SCHOOL CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO 4 of the Towns of Oswegatchie.Depeyster, Macomb, DeKalb, Lisbon and Canton HEUVELTON, NEW YORK mE 1963 Treuwltoniaa Mark V. Sellis, Principal DEDICATION We, the class of 1963 do dedicate our yearbook to: A person who has aided us in many extracurricular activities— A person who is a devoted and conscientioua teacher— A person x-rho is a deeply understanding and thoughtful teacher— X person who has advised and guided us with great patience in the presentation of our yearbook. We, the class of 1963, dedicate The Heuveltonian to our art teacher, Mr. Thomas J. Carbol. ADMINISTRATION A PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE The day has finally arrived that looked so far off over a decade ago, the day that you will graduate from high school. You have learned a lot about many things. All of you have had a major interest and have prepared for further educational opportunities. Your time has been well spent in school because you now ha ?e a comprehensive picture of the world in which you live. There are many more things you will learn through further educative challenges and practical experiences. Many people feel that they are immune to the environment in which they live but whether they realize it or not, it does have a persistent shaping effect. I wish to extend my congratulations to all for their achievements. To those of you who have received recognition for outstanding scholastic achievement, you have established a goal that is an example for others to follow. To members of the class of 1963, this fine Heuveltonian yearbook again demonstrates the incentive, effort and cooperation that you have displayed as a class through your years of school. Good luck and con- tinue to work hard in whatever endeavor you undertake. Mark V.
