I What a class! Only eight enrolled in the Bible Department? They Won't be able to do anything! These were some remarks heard at the beginning of the school year, regarding our class. But now! Well, we've been busy and have had a full, happy year. , I What have we accomplished? In tangible things there is very little to be seen. Because of traveling conditions we had very few opportuni- ties for service outside of the school. But here we have been busily engaged in those little tasks which some one needed to do. - l Our primary objective was to serve through the Ministry of Prayer. The one hour a week set aside for a period of prayeriwas a great inspiration to all of us. How much good has done been because of these prayers? We can't tell, but we know many of the petitions have been answered and souls have been saved. i The person taking the College Bible Course is rewarded iwith Abundant Riches. We came from Christian homes and Sunday schools thinking we had quite a thorough knowledge of the Bible, yet eager to learn more. We have spent many hours delving into Old Testament History and Old Testament Prophets. We lived again in Palestine when our Lord was on earth, listening to His teachings, and seeing the many wonderful works which He performed. We traveled with Paul for many miles, establishing churches, and enduring persecution and hardships. T Did we know it all? Oh, no! And even though we have dug deeply We have only skimmed the wealth contained in God's Word. i We have also enjoyed classes in Christian Education, Evangelism, Child Study, Psychology, Ethics, Sociology, Public Speaking, Introduc- tion bo Christianity, Bible Doctrines, and others. The world needs the services of Christian young people. Hesston College has provided this course to train us for more efficient service. Accepting the challenge and ideals which have been given to us, vwe are. determined to give our best in His service. CGLLEGE BIBL
