The dance, sponsored by the VarsityClub, proved to be very successful. H 1 1 a S Queen Barbara Rosinski and King Doug Swanson were introduced for their traditional dance and were soon joined on the dance floor bythe rest of the court. The 1987 Homecoming Court included Princesses Carrie Costello, Maureen Druffel, Lea Newren,Carolyn. Pasterski, and Colleen Sweeney, and Princes Dave. Adelman, Tony Frankiewicz, john Griffin, Dave K oziol, andejoe Nicastro. Q H K l Reflecting the .Magical Homecoming theme wasai storybook castle designed and constructed by the Senior Class Student Council. Notonly did this castle create a romantic atmosphere in the gym, but it also served as a magical stage for the band. H H g Throughout the evening couples danced to the music provided by the band Chaos . During an occasional break from the dance floor, many couples enjoyed a snack from the refreshment table. t Fond memories of the 7981Homecoming Dance will remain for years to come... Fall Season Pro vides Fun And Activities Fall life at Hersey was filled with lots of excitement and enthusiasm. As Freshmen made new friends, Seniors looked forward to their best and last year at Hersey. Various clubs and teams began to meet again. Stu- dents got involved to make the fall season even bet- IGF. Homecoming was a big part of fall life. The beauti- fully decorated halls and lunch hour festivities really added to the Huskie spirit.
