L ights, Camera, Dance! The 1982 Orchesis Show entitled Lights, Camera, Dance!, held on March 78, 79, 20, was once again a success. The dance styles ranged from ballets, to modern, to jazz, while the music ranged from bal- lads, to punk, to European beat. Choreographing was done by the Orchesis mem- bers themselves, with the help of Sponsor Holly Wright. Auditions for the show were held after Christmas, and rehearsals for the dances chosen be- gan in january. Orchesis performed twenty dances in all, making it one of the best shows ever! Besides performing the annual show, Orchesis contributed a great deal to the halftime shows of both football and basketball. They also showed constant spirit throughout the year by getting involved in many activities such as Homecoming Week. Special tribute is given to senior joe Nicastro, who has been the only male ever to be a member of Orchesis. He is a two-year member, and is currently Vice-President of the club. The other officers are President-Lisa Young, TreasurerfSr.Rep.-Noreen Maruscak, Wardrobe Coordinatorfjr.Rep,-Eve Schmall, and Secretaryf5oph.Rep. Lisa Puzzo.
