Despite the numerous injuries and sicknesses, the varsity team showed outstanding enthusiasm and dedication. Running everyday, the varsity team kept up the pace of eight to ten miles. However, some practices were shorter, concentrating on speed ra ther than endurance. This year's varsity team consisted of seven seniors and seven juniors.
