Our Town Hersey's theatre concluded the year with Thornton Wil- der's classic, Our Town on May 24 and 25. C741 The parts of Emily Webb and George Gibbs were double cast. Playing Emily were Diane Buteau and Sue Munn. Taking the part of George were Scott Rothermel and Paul Gonzalez. Phil Svaline portrayed the Stage Manager-nar- rator of the play. The entire play takes place in Groverls Corners, New Hampshire during the early 1900's. The story centers around George and Emily's budding romance, their mar- riage, and her subsequent death. Emily returns from the dead only to realize that people don't appreciate life while they live it. Other major characters were Art Hoestery as Doc Gibbs, Ginny Genualdi and Carol Grams as Mrs. Gibbs, Mark Daniels as Mr. Webb, and Jackie Specktor and Laura Paa as Mrs. Webb. by Sue Munn soda. 1 i Sue Munn portrays Emily Webb in a dramatic role. beans. George and Emily settle their argument over a Mrs. Gibbs and Mrs. Webb gossip while stringing Emily pleads with her father to stop the wedding. l w Rebecca lJudy Genualdib and George QScott Rothermelj gaze at the stars. Life Goes On The Starlight Inn, in Schiller Park, was the host of the 1974 prom, Life Goes Onn. Couples began gathering at 7:00, with dinner being served at 7:30. The rest of the eve- ning was left for dancing with music provided by the sound of Newberry Castle. The high point of the end of the evening was the crown- ing of the prom queen, this year honoring Judy Huck with the title. Included in her court were Maureen Naughton, Julie Pulver, Lisa Schab, Dawn Sander, and Jeanne Clark. This year's prom was sponsored by the Junior Class of 1975. Those officers in charge were Tom Langeloh, Jan Bie- linski, Sandi Heideman, and Lynn Sandlund. by Janet Kaspar Judy Huck and Jim Spicuzza share a romantic moment.
