Husky Rick Ohle attempts to maintain his lead going into the last lap. Varsity Wins Fourg ophs, 75 Frosh, 3 A lack of depth, injuries and tough com- petition all contributed toward a poor season for the varsity thinclads as they could manage only four wins in eleven starts. With captain Ed Reiger injured for most of the season, it was up to junior Frank Walsworth to take up the slack, but his lone efforts weren't enough. Frank shone in the conference meet where he came through with an eighth place showing. For the sophs, John Jones was the top performer as he consistently took first place and was named top runner in the conference. Tom Magge led the frosh harriers through their paces as they slated a 3-4 conference record. FROSH-SOPH CROSS COUNTRY.
