SOPHOMORE CLASS REPORT The Class of 1963 began the year by electing the following class officers: Presi- dent, Wesley Hallowell; Vice President, Colby Gordon; Secretary, Lenore Taylor; and Treasurer, Nancy Caldwell. For money raising projects we sold Italian Sandwiches each week and we held two dances, one in November and one in March. We took part in the Winter Carnival Snow Sculpturing where we, with our “Hot Rod” tied with the Seniors for first place, receiving $2.00. Our class representative for the Snow Carnival Queen was Carolyn Cousins. In sports our class is very active. On the Varsity Team was Kenneth Cousins. On the Girls’ Basketball Team were Nancy Caldwell, and Carolyn Cousins. On the J. V. Basketball Team were Stanley Gar- land, Phillip Booker, Wesley Hallowell, and Robert Haskell. On the J. V. Cheer- ing Squad were Norine Hillier, Capt., Paulette Sawyer, and Anita Witherly. Our class was proud to have three of its members take part in the One Act Play; Penny Rich, Asst. JUNIOR CLASS REPORT The Junior class of 1960-61 started the year off by electing the following officers; John Page, President; Kenneth Hartley, Vice President; Iona Freeman, Secretary; and Judy An- drews, Treasurer; Sharon Reardon and Charlene Gellerson were elected to the Student Coun- cil. Mr. MacDonald was our class advisor. Sharon Reardon, John Page, Bernard Duplisea, served on the yearbook staff. Chosen for Junior Exhibition were Effie Batchelder, Roberta Stevens, Iona Freeman, Patrica Carle, Sally Bartlett, Thomas Homsted, John Page, and Ron- ald Clark, Phyllis Keating and Edward Conant- JUNIOR CLASS OFFICERS Officers, left to right: Treasurer, J. Andrews, Presi- dent, j. Page, Secretary, I. Freeman, Vice Presi- dent, K. Hartley. For money making projects we chose Drakes products and potato chips. The Junior Class was well represented in sports; Bruce Newcomb, Bernard Du- plisea, and Ralph Tozier played on the Varsity Basketball team. Kenneth Hart- ley was on the Jayvee Basketball team. Ralph Tozier, and Bernard Duplisea played on the baseball team. Judy An- drews, Charlene Gellerson, Sharon Rear- don, Sally Bartlett, Iona Freeman, and Mary Jordan made the Girls’ Basketball team. Mary Allen, and Roberta Stevens were the managers. Six cheerleaders were chosen from the Junior Class; Marcia Cutler, Sally Bartett, Sharon Reardon, Roberta Stevens, Charlene Gellerson. and Mary Allen. Dwight Walls participated in the one act play. 16

FRESHMAN CLASS REPORT The class of 1964 held their first class meeting and elected the following officers; Presi- dent. G. Goss; Vice President, S. Clark; Secretary, G. Brawn, and Treasurer, J. Homsted. A. Witham and R. Booker were elected to represent our class to the Student Council. D. Keith, G. Goss, J. Homsted, S. Clark, and S. McLain were the spelling representa- tives of our class. FRESHMAN CLASS OFFICERS First row, left to right: Vice President, Sharon Clark; President, Gary Goss; Assistant Treasurer, Beverly Jordan. Standing: Treasurer, Judy Homestead; Sec- retary, Gail Brawn. A f! Majorettes from our class are: D. Lord, S. McLain, D. Gould, and D. Gould. Our Money Making Projects were: Hop with Ron King as our D.J. selling pennants, and basketball buttons with “Hermon Hawks” on them, plus “School Daze” book- lets. We also held a bottle drive which proved to be our most prosperous project, making $105.00. The Class also gave $35.00 towards the new band uniforms. Participants in the J. V. Basketball squad were W. Edgecomb, W. Hansen, B. Richard- son, and D. Keith. The Freshman boys on the Varsity Squad were: J. Reynolds, G. Goss, R. Booker, and W. Hansen. G. Brawn was the only girl from the Freshman class on the J. V. Cheering Squad. S. Clark was the only girl taking part in the Varsity Cheerleading. J. Homsted, S. Clark, B. Jordon played on the Girls’ Varsity Basketball Squad. G. Brawn was elected to represent our class at the Snow Carnival Dance; she was elected queen.
