Jokes Mr. Davis (Chemistry class) : “Priscilla, what is the formula for water?” P. Hall: “H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O.” Mr. Davis: “Where did you ever hear that?” P. Hall: “From you. You said it was H to O.” Mrs. Allen: “What do you want to take your cod liver oil with to- night?” M. Allen: “With a fork.” N. Perry: “Did you say Joe’s dashound was dead?” K. Robinson: “Oh no, I just said he started to run around a tree and met his end.” J. Pinkham: “Mrs. Smith had triplets and two weeks later had twins.” E. Overlook: “Impossible!” J. Pinkham: “Not at all—one triplet died.” D. Simpson was busily engaged with a spade in digging the wheels of his car out of the mud. K. Carle (observing him mopping the perspiration from his face) : “Stuck in the mud?” D. Simpson : “No, my car just died and I’m burying it.” Mr. Davis (Chemistry class) : “This gas is deadly poison.
