This is an age of pressure groups; peer groups in school and college, collective unions in many areas, local political organizations, etc. Unless you have the intestinal fortitude to make your own decisions after the facts are presented, great per- sonal problems can develop. Young people are often led into the smoking and drug areas through peer group pressure because they couldn't say NO to the pressure. Men and women of the older generation have been pressured into believing that making money, regardless of methods involved, is the key to success. Pressure groups do have a place in our society. How- ever, sometimes these groups operate on the basis that the ends justify the means. What do you b e li ev e? Use your own standards of judgements. If what YOU decide to do will harm your- self or others, is it wrong? A yearbook is a pictorial representation of the life of a school. It reflects away of life, a process of change, yes, even the standards of j udgement of a group of people. We have another fine yearbook thanks to the hard work of Miss Bunt and the yearbook staff. My compli- ments to everyone.
