luck to you both. ' We are truly in luck that we found Captain Leo Tiernan of the U. S. Army in town today. He is a busy man and his work takes him to many places. Captain Tiernan, how long have you been serving in the army? After leaving school, I joined the army. I liked it quite well and accepted a chance to go to officer’s train- ing school. I was shipped overseas as captain in the U. S. 39th Division. I have just returned • I wish you the best of everything and thank you Captain Tiernan. At present in Madison Square Garden there is being presented one of the greatest outdoorsman shows in America. It is directed by Mr. William Popple, assistant state commissioner of conservation. He is now coming to our microphone. Mr. Popple I imagine you enjoy your work don't you? It is really a wonderful show you are directing. How did you attain your position? Directly after high school, I entered forestry school. I was a ranger for several years working in various Adirondack districts. I then entered the conservation department . A lot of credit goes to you conservation men. I hope you will continue as well in the future as the past. That concludes the group. They all have done splen- didly since the day of their graduation. We sincerely hope they will continue with the same spirit and energy. We salute each in his work and endeavor. Motto i Not Finished, Just Begun Colors s Melon rose and white Flower s Rose
