FIRST, SECOND, AND THIRD GRADES During this school year, the Primary Children have made severnl large holiday posters to give their room a festive air at the appropriate season. The third grade did quite an extensive project on dairy farming. They drew and painted a large poster showing a dairy farm. They also collected pictures and compiled booklets in connection with the project. The grades did several animal posters after studying the animals in science class. During this waste paper collection a group of posters weme drawn showing this activity; and other activities in which children can help the war effort. On St. Valentine’s Day the children trimmed a valentine box and made valentines to put in it. These V7ere passed out a.t the p rty. Samples of the years work has been saved and will be shown at the yearly exhibit.
