This game brouglgtgout the best in Jefferson County competitive- ness and the Cats emerged with an impressivei 83-74 victory in which six Blackcats scored in double figures and loomed as the obvious favorite over Festus, an upset winner over number one seated DeSoto in the semifinals, Obvious!
