Contests for Legs, Muscles Tape measures made the scene during the Mr.fMs. Muscle Contest sponsored by the student body. In the first annual contest, arm muscles were measured to see who had the largest, smallest, etc. Mr. Legs Contest was held at HSJ H for the fourth year in a row, except this time there was a new addition-Ms. Legs. As you can see, Title IX brought the girls right back into the beauty contest business. Wada Student Leaders in the Executive and Student Councils started off the year with their biggest event and money-making project-the Magazine Sale, which brought in over 318,000 The money was used for many projects but mainly to finish the patio started the previous year. The Executive Council was made up of the 12 class officers and the tive student body officers. The Student Council is made up of representatives from each home- room.
