Art Club Makes Cards Art Club members were involved in many activities during the year including the art show, but their main money-making project was the printing and selling of Christ- mas Cards. :Ruth Embleton 'Chris Erickson Cheerleaders Sock It to 'Em in '76-'7 Cheerleaders this year made their red and gold uniforms to root on the HSJH varsity basketball team. The girls also had pins, mega- phones, and hats to show their spirit. The varsity cheerleaders were Lim Ann Scalercio, Teri Merani, Lisa Fertitta, and Dede Drake. QTOP LEFTJ Lisa Fertitta, Lim Ann Scalercio, Teri Mariani and De De Drake give Spartan fans a cheer. Chorus Combines for Festival This year the chorus learned many new songs. Three Weeks of practice preceded the Christmas Concert and weeks more led up to the Spring Musical. Many of the songs learned for these big concerts were performed in smaller ones at the various elementary schools in the area. At the end of the year all of the classes got together for a picnic and swim party.
