May I express my sincere appreciation to the faculty and students of Herbert Hoover High School for their splendid cooperation in carrying on the activities of the school this year. Your Student Body Cabinet has performed an inestimable service to the school in meeting and solving the many problems that have arisen. Your 1946 Scroll, which portrays the story of the school year, will never let you for- get your pleasant associations with each other.
